Register for an ADFA Festival
There are two ways to register for an ADFA Festival; online or by downloading the required forms and submitting by mail or fax.
Before beginning the registration, please ensure you have all of the following information at hand:
Title, Author, and Publisher of the work you are presenting
The names, addresses, and emails of all cast and crew
A synopsis of the work
All program information to be published
One main contact for the ADFA to reach regarding your production
