Stage Struck! 2026 Award Recipients!

We are thrilled to announce the award recipients from Stage Struck! 2026, and to celebrate the incredible talent that took the stage April 18th and 19th at Gateway Theatre (home of WWPT):

Outstanding Production: "How the Mighty Fall". As winner of outstanding production, this show will go on to perform in the ADFA Provincial Festival on May 29th and 30th in Leduc! Third Beet Productions

Outstanding Performance: Zoe Hawnt in "The Unpacked Suitcase"

Outstanding Performance: Ryan Mattila in "Don't Drink the Water"

Outstanding New Work: "How the Mighty Fall" by Clayton James-Plamondon and Erin Leflar. As winners of outstanding new work, these playwrights received a one-year membership to Alberta Playwrights' Network and free dramaturgical work!
